Community is at the heart of Cloud Citadel and it is hard to make real connections in only a few nights. This is why we have a minimum booking requirement of 7 nights. We want you to have enough time to fully experience what is happening here. Our rates include accomodation, 24/7 access to coworking space and all our facilities, occupancy tax, free tea, coffee and much more. Check-in time is 14:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
The booking process starts with your booking request. Once you have submitted your booking request the booking is considered confirmed after you have received the booking confirmation email. After that, we will be charging your card with the deposit of 50% of your total booking charges. The deposit is necessary to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% will be charged from your card 30 days prior to the arrival date.
CANCELATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your booking, inform us as soon as possible. We have different cancellation policy refund of deposits depending when you cancel your booking:
- If you cancel your booking more than 2 months before the arrival date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
- If you cancel less than two months before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If you arrive at the premises and decide to leave earlier than scheduled, in the case of a no-show or cancelling the booking after the arrival date, full payment is required.

BOOKING ALTERATION
Changing the dates of your initial booking is possible if you inform us 30 days prior to the arrival date. Once the deposit has been charged, any booking alterations to shorten the stay will be charged a penalty fee of EUR 100 +3% of the transaction fee.
If you decide to leave earlier than the date of departure or if you come later than the date of arrival no reimbursements will be made.
COVID-19 SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
In case you are unable to travel to France due to travel restrictions, you will receive a Cloud Citadel voucher with the amount corresponding to your stay and you can use it to book your stay in Cloud Citadel within 18 months from the date of issue.
In the case of the following, the normal cancellation policies apply:
- You do not want to come because you are afraid of being contaminated
- You fell ill and cannot undertake the journey (travel insurance should cover that cost)
